How often should you moisturize your body?

Moisturize your body as soon as you step out of the shower or bath—while still a little bit damp to help absorption. It doesn't take much to keep your skin bouncy, toned, and wrinkle-free! (A great use for Warsh Cloths after you've been using them a while is to exfoliate in the shower to give your body the same all-over glow as your complexion--use it dry before you step under the spray and give your skin a light rub all over!)

And take shorter baths and showers--the latter a little cooler than you might like for the sake of your skin and your hair.... (and hair color if you color--it helps the shade last longer).

Water, Water In The Air—Make Water Part of Your Natural Skincare Routine

And just a reminder to humidify your indoor spaces whether you have an automatic humidifier, one you plug in, or go the vintage route with bowls of water near your heat source—for the sake of your complexion/in fact, your skin all over--make sure you humidify the atmosphere. This is especially timely if you’re spending more time at home lately—and who isn't?

Use Moisturizer After Hand-Washing and Sanitizing—

And be sure to keep moisturizer on your counter or with you if you’re doing a lot of hand-washing and sanitizing—since it’s your hands that often show signs of aging first. If you’re washing a lot or using sanitizer a few times a day, you should be moisturizing a few times a day!
