Thanks to my email on mouth taping, people I haven’t heard from for years are reaching out.
Some are asking questions, and some tried it and are amazed at how much better they’re sleeping.
One particular response totally surprised me.
Tamara saw the email and told me, instead of taping her mouth, she taped her jowls!
I was like, what??? Why???
Turns out Tamara is a jogger.
She loves to go on a long jog. But over the last few years, she had to cut down. Because while she’s jogging, she’d noticed her jowls jiggling.
It was very uncomfortable having her jowls bouncing up and down with every step.
She didn’t want to give up jogging, and she didn’t want to “feel like a rhino jiggling and flapping around.” So she decided to tape her jowls up tight.
