Anyone who knows me knows I love exercise—from yoga and Pilates to long, fast-paced walks.
Now, it turns out that exercise, all kinds, and even if you only do it in exercise “snacks” instead of regular events, is one of the best anti-aging steps you can take for your body.
Even a few minutes here and there is good if that's all you can squeeze in for now—raise your heart rate or strengthen and tone your muscles.
It’s also a good move if you're not an exercise fan.
Getting started on the top resolutions (lose weight/exercise!) is also great for your skin.
Exercise makes your skin look and feel firmer and plumper.
