When was the last time you were invited to a tea party and the star of the show was warm water, and not a nice cup of tea?

After a few interesting social gatherings with new friends, I noticed that quite a few people asked for warm water when the after-dinner beverages were offered.

First I wondered what it was all about. Then I tried it.

Sipping hot tea (without the tea 😂) was “comforting.” It made me feel calmer and comfortable in my body.

It made my stomach feel satisfied without feeling full. And if I drank this after a meal, it helped with digestion.

This was a good thing.

I decided to see exactly what this ritual was about and found some great facts about sipping hot water. it’s one of those magic ingredients with powers you never thought of or thought you’d need—but work wonders for your health and wellness factor. And the fact that it made me feel calm, helped digestion, and much more besides appear to be well-known benefits that I wanted to share.
